Last-mile logistics platform designed for merchants
and customers
Dellioo is a last-mile logistics platform designed for merchants and customers. The team approached me to lead a UX audit and redesign that would bring clarity, flow, and cohesion to the platform.
Over a 3-month period, I evaluated the existing product, identifying usability gaps, broken interactions, and inconsistent visual patterns that made everyday tasks, like managing orders or assigning deliveries more difficult than necessary.
Through heuristic evaluation and stakeholder conversations, I uncovered key pain points: cluttered dashboards, repetitive user flows, scattered action buttons, and unclear delivery statuses. I redesigned the interface using a clean, scalable visual system, streamlined core user journeys, and introduced a unified set of reusable UI components in Figma.
Fragmented merchant flows were restructured into task-driven, intuitive steps; the dashboard was rebuilt with clearer hierarchy and grouped actions for faster decision-making. I refined the form structure with improved labels and inline validation, applied consistent spacing and typography, and ensured responsiveness across devices.
The result was a more intuitive experience that reduced friction, improved task completion, and made the interface easier to maintain and scale. Stakeholder feedback confirmed significant improvements in usability, and the new system has given Dellioo a solid design foundation for future growth.
This project sharpened my ability to audit complex systems, rethink broken flows, and deliver thoughtful, user-centered design solutions.
