Dellioo is a last-mile logistics platform designed to streamline deliveries for merchants and end customers. The company needed a cohesive and modern user interface that would elevate usability and deliver a seamless experience across user types.

The platform originally suffered from fragmented user flows, inconsistent UI elements, and friction in completing tasks. I conducted a full UX audit to uncover usability gaps and accessibility issues, followed by heuristic evaluation and stakeholder discussions to understand user pain points. I then reworked the visual language, introduced a unified UI system, and simplified core user interactions.

The redesign significantly improved usability and created a smoother experience for both merchants and customers. With minimal and optimized flows, Dellioo now has a scalable and cleaner platform ready for growth. Stakeholder feedback confirmed that the improved UX aligned perfectly with business goals.
